At least 1 student shot at the Dallas High School in Student Violence on students: Fuentes

At least one student was shot in the leg at Wilmer-Hutchins High School in Dallas on Tuesday, several sources told ABC News.

Preliminary information indicates that the shooting was a student violence about a student and not an active shooter situation, the sources said.

A last year student told him Dallas ABC Affiliated WFAA He was in the lobby when, at lunchtime, he heard some shots. He said he later saw the students running and listened to screams, and covered himself in the band’s room.

The video shows students by evacuating the school while police cars and fire trucks gathered on the scene.

The school has been insured, said the Independent School District of Dallas, but people are urged to stay away from the campus.
